Nightmare Help (please)

I don't know much about nightmares. What causes them, food, meds, stress, depression.
They say the average adult has about 4-8 nightmares a year.
I seem to be getting them a lot. Way more than usual.
They are very strange and I cant link them to anything happening in my daily life....

ok i went to the seaquarium and well
i saw a sealion
i decided to record it
and if FARTED
then it started to clean itself

It's so hot i got sunburn on my face at the seaquarium yesterday.

flipper splashed me with water, a sealion waved at me, A parrot sat on my arm while trying to talk to me, and a killer whale stared at me with its EYES.
s/he even came up out the water to get a better look at me....
