JFA Bk.2 Ch.6: The New Ally

*At the outside of the Temple of the Elemental Towers*
Sara: OK, now we got to figure out how to get back without the elders noticing.
Jackit & Diddy: …….
Sara: Come on! We had enough adventure for a lifetime, the longer we take to go home the more trouble we’ll be in, and we were never suppose to be here in the first place!
Myral pack:*to Sara* {I don’t think that last statement is as true as you say…}
Sara: *looks around* Alright! Who said that?
*Jackit and Diddy look at Sara confusingly.*
Sara: Come on? Don’t tell me I’m hearing things!
Sara: Well um…..
*while Sara is “talking” to the Myral Pack*
Diddy: *in whisper*(Hey Jackit you think she’s going through the same thing with that weird backpack you did?)
*Jackit nods*

Sara: OK so you guys of course wouldn’t notice this since you’re not mentalist but this backpack Jackit has actually can speak through communicating through mental powers.
Diddy: …and?
Sara: And it says that we’re needed to assure that the elders complete their mission to light the Lighthouses.
Jackit and Diddy:
Sara: *sigh* At least this way I’ll get to meet up with my old pen pal. So let’s get going.
Myral pack: {Alright, I can finally get out of this pack}
Sara: ???

As the Myral pack begins to move, something comes out of the main pack. It appears to look like a small black & white puppy… like a Dalmatian I guess we would call it but I’m not sure if Weyard knows that type of dog as a Dalmatian…
A three: Woa!
???: {Don’t be startled, young ones. I was what was speaking to you from the Myral Pack this whole time. For too long I’ve been waiting for you three to come. Now that you are all finally here, our mission can begin.}
Diddy: So what did that dog say?
Sara: Well it wasn’t the backpack speaking to me at all but this little doggie inside of it…

Diddy: Well what is it’s name?
???: {Well actually I’ve haven’t had a need for a name until now. However, I will need one to be referenced by if I am going along with others…….}
Sara: He says he doesn’t have one.
Jackit: ……. How about Lucpuppy?
Diddy: Now how to you come up with a name like that?
Jackit: Well he’s a puppy…….. and it’s lucky we have someone who can talk to him…….. Luc Puppy.
Diddy: Leave it to the guy call Jack-It to come up with the crazy names.
???: {Actually I like that. Miss, please tell them to refer to me as Lucpuppy from now on.}
Sara: {We actually have names here.}
Lucpuppy: {Well then, shout them out!}
Jackit: I’m….. waiting….um… to hear what he has to say.
Sara: “Lucpupy” actually likes his name and now that he has one he would like to know our names.
Diddy: Well I’m Diddy Kong, over here with the hair and the ‘tude is Sara, and the one with the blue ball cap is Jackit.

Lucpuppy: {Very interesting… I’ll be certain to keep those three names in mind, especially the name Jackit.}
Sara: {Why Jackit?}
Lucpuppy: {Don’t worry about the mental waves for now, I can hear your words just fine and I’m “speaking” publicly right now… anyways I just get the feeling…well Jackit is a very unique name.}
Sara: By publicly do you mean Jackit and Diddy can hear you too?
Lucpuppy: { Well actually meant that other mental users can hear me…}
Sara: Then what’s the point?
Lucpuppy: {It’s easier I guess… never mind. If you want to make it your next destination, I suggest we head back on to the Elders boat now.}
Sara: Alright… *to others* Well Jackit, Diddy…. You win, lets get back onto the elders boat so we can follow them to the first Lighthouse. The closest one to here is the Venus Lighthouse so I get the feeling that is where they will go first.
Diddy: Not that matters too much, adventure is waiting for us. Lets go!

So that is how are heroes met Lucpuppy only the first of many people they would meet on this wondrous journey. However, there are a few questions that can’t help but be asked. Like where did this Lupuppy come from? Why does he put so much faith in what seems to be two mentalist children and a talking monkey? How is able to speak with other mentalist? These are only some of the questions that are probably in Jackit and Sara’s minds.
