How am I doing so far as a mini?(Please provide me with feedback)

As I enter nearly my 4th month as a mini, I've started to wonder how well I've performed my job as a mini so far. I decided to make this blog to serve that primary purpose by asking everyone how I'm doing thus far. I would like all feedback to be serious and straight to the point. Please tell me if I'm doing a great job, a poor job, if there's certain parts I need to work on, etc. I will use this feedback to help me become a better mini, and that is my goal. I wish to continue fulfilling my job really well as a mini here, and continue to contribute and help a site that I really enjoy. Please note this feedback may not only be beneficial to me, but also ultimately to other staff members as well.

I think you're doing a great job. You've made 3 stickied threads and you close unnecessary threads very quickly. You're in chat quite a bit and you're always trying to stop arguments (even when you're not at NW) lol

I think you're doing a fantastic job of making organized threads and making sure everything is orderly. You also do a great job of mediating arguments which is good.
I don't really have much advice that could help you improve, but keep up the great work!  |

Over the months you've been mini you've been a great help to the community, the only thing I think you would need improving on is your range of your mod powers. Brawl limits you to minimal help, and would be fantastic if you could help everywhere.

You're a great mini bro. As everybody else said, you close unneccasery threads quickly and help prevent spam to the minimal. You're also friendly and very smart. I say upgrade to super mod. d(^_^)b
