Why should Lucario be top teir? ._.
He has the most awesome move set!

Flash step(double team) absolutely sucks. It's like counter but with incredible ending lag and is only any good with knockback when you're at high percents(when you're probably gonna be too scared to use it)

Don't get me wrong, Lucario is good...only when used by the right person, this applies to all other characters, as well. A lot of Lucarios I have brawled are very easy to edgehog (which I don't do often) and when they use double team...about 85% of the time, they leave themselves wide open. This applies to some, not all. I'm not pointing anyone out.
