Wednesday, September 23rd - 8 AM - 8 PM (EST)

Thursday, September 24th - 10:30 AM - 8 PM (EST)

HOW:

I am a hacker. I will be creating a special town that consists only of items. No flowers. No trees. No money. Just items and lots of them. Region specific items not normally available to other regions, official DLC from ALL regions and Hacked DLC included!

Anyone who wishes to do so may visit my town and take any item they want. No rules. No holds. No requests. No limits!

Other Information

I will not be around after I open my gates.
  • I will be unable to answer questions.

  • I will be unable to regulate how long visitors stay.

  • I will be unable to regulate how often someone comes to my town.

  • I will be unable to regulate what visitors take.

  • I will be unable to replace items as they are taken.
These reasons are why there are NO limits to anything. Everything is first come, first serve. I have made sure to put SEVERAL (at least 5-6, but in most cases 15-20+) of each item.

I hope that most of you will be kind enough to only take a few of each of the items you want, but I won't be there to see if you don't.

I have created a map to make finding the items you want easier.

This way, you will also know what items I have available, so that you can decide whether or not you want to come.



Items will be replaced at the beginning of each day.

This is so that those choosing Thursday won't leave you with only leftover pickings from the Wednesday people.

Items are first come, first serve starting at the beginning of each day.

None of the town buildings will be available to you.

The Town Hall, the Able Sister's Shop, the Museum and Nookington's are underwater. You won't be able to go in.

I did this so that there would be more room for items, but also so that people could not simply pick up items and sell them for the money or send things to themselves. It seemed unfair.

Other Items of Note.
  • My roster in this town is empty. Even if I had you added, before, I would need to add you, again.

  • You can still fish and catch bugs in my town, but since there are no trees or flowers, only ground and a few flying bugs will be available. If you want to, feel free, of course, but remember that only 3 people can visit at a time and others may want to get in. I'd prefer if you find the items you want, take them and then leave to make room for others.

  • As specified, hacked DLC is included, here. Hacked DLC will NOT harm your game (it can't freeze or corrupt your save). More information on that here.

There seems to be some confusion about what hacked DLC items will do to your town and whether or not you can be exposed to the DLC issues if you have never owned a hacked item.

What is a hacked DLC item?

A hacked DLC item is when someone has taken a current item in the game and changed the image maps on the item so that it looks like something else.

For example, the Lightsabers are actually axes that look different. If you try, you can actually cut down trees with it, still. It also shows up as an axe in your pockets, drawers and if you drop it.

How does a hacked DLC item get into the game as a new item?

Each item in AC:CF has a code slot associated with it. At this time, there are a whoooooole bunch of empty code slots, and these are the slots that are filled up with DLC from Nintendo. The items that people are creating on their own (hacked items, like the lightsabers) are also taking up these empty code slots.

Will having/seeing/owning/holding a hacked item hurt my town/save/anything?

Folks, having hacked DLC content will do NOTHING to your save or your town. At all. Period.

The only time ANYTHING could occur is if Nintendo places a DLC item into one of the SAME code slots that is already being taken up in your save file by a hacked DLC item (which COULD happen, but isn't likely given the number of available slots).

In this case, the ONLY THING that would happen is that you wouldn't be able to get the DLC item offered by Nintendo, because the item slot would already be taken up by the hacked item.

This means, for example, that if the Blue Lightsaber is taking up Item Slot A$03, and Nintendo releases a DSi Chair that takes up Item Slot A$03, you will never see it as a DSi Chair. You will see the Blue Lightsaber, because that is the item your save has in that slot.

This will NEVER affect your game in any other way.

I've never picked up a hacked item, can I still be affected?

Once you have had the item in your town OR visited with someone who has the item in their town, you have the same code slot taken up by the same hacked DLC item as that person did (even if you never picked up the item, yourself).

It's sort of like a virus, when you think about it. But a very non-harmful one.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of the hacked item that is in a slot?

Not at this time, no. Who We are:
We are a group of animal crossing players that just like to get together and have fun. There are a few Rules to follow though.


Rules:
1. No hacking other peoples Towns. Please respect the town like its your own.
2. No running through each others town unless the persons town you go to say its ok.
3. When posting here please don't spam the boards.
4. When entering a clan contest try to have fun remember we call cant be winners.
5. Most of all Try to have fun!

Ranks:

Each Rank is going to have a certain amount of achievements. When one achievement is done then you move up into the next rank. Ranks are as followed

The Animal Crossing Alliance is a new AC:CF clan. we will have many kinds of events, such as:
Auctions
Lottery (first month grand prize is 500,000 bells)
Contests (bug catching, money making, fish catching, design making, hide and seek, vampire tag, find the item)
Fun Day (or carnival)
Elections
50% off all sales from clan stores
Picture Perfect (who ever takes the best picture of something wins)
Costume Contest (who ever looks best wins)

we will also have jobs:
Shop Keeper- sells things to members
Gardener- helps with weeds, planting flowers, making trees, etc.
Fisher Man- try to acquire full fish record
Bug Catcher- try to acquire full bug record
Supplier- supplies shops with anything they need
Banker- holds money for members and supplies money for members who need it
Judge- decides punishments and leads a criminal trial
Designer- designs shirts, hats, paintings, wall papers, carpets, and umbrellas for members, and helps members design their house
Military- will take care of normal everyday problems (someone breaking the rules and that stuff)
Overlord- basically is the leader, helps with anything they can do
Lord- kinda like co-leader, helps the Overlord with everything.

Of course, we have rules too:
1. No saying you're the Overlord or Lord, unless you really are
2. No taking credit for something someone else did
3. No cussing! I can not stress this enough!
4. No taking fruit from someone's town with out asking them first
5. No scamming
6. No fake-reporting someone
7. The person who owns a town, is the mayor of that town, they make their own rules for their town
8. no bad hacking (deleting someone's money, items, etc.) unless asked for

we also have a mentity (couldn't come up with a better name) system, if someone helps you, then you can give them some mentity, usually the more mentity someone has, the more respect they get, and that kind of stuff. everyone starts with 1,000 mentity. you can give up to 500 mentity, depending on what they did (more if it's really nice, like payed off your entire mortgage for you).

1. I will let people order stuff via forums (you tell me what you want and I will try to get it as soon as I can, then when I get it, I will tell you).

2. I will buy things from my customers as well, for a requested price (as long as I agree, so don't make the requested price unnecessary).

3. I will sell all kinds of things, like furniture, wall paper, carpets, clothes ( I'll even make it if they want something specific, but it will cost extra, maybe about 500 bells extra).

4. I will do an auction on special nights (maybe like every Saturday).
