Welcome to the official NintendoPals Pok�mon League!

Here, you can report any victory in a battle with another NintendoPals member (should you both agree to it beforehand) to score points, climb the table and win prizes and awards! :awesome:
The league will now be reset on a monthly basis, to give everyone a chance at being crowned champion!

Anyone may report the result of any battle (no matter what rules/tiers you choose) with a member of NintendoPals here, and this will be added to the table.

Here's the rules you need to follow to get points:

You must agree to it being a league battle beforehand! This speaks for itself, and means no reporting random battles without agreeing to it before you battled.

If you agreed to a league battle, you must report any win AND confirm any loss here! Goes without saying, but how are we supposed to know you need points if you don't bother to report a win? Similarly, losses should be confirmed as soon as possible so we know you're not simply making up these victories!

You must wait 24 hours before having another League battle with the same person.

DO NOT report batles in which you or your opponent have been "given the win" as a result of a disconnection. If it D/C's, don't report it.

If you win a battle you will gain one point, however if you win one of the top 3 trainers in the table, you will win 2 points! (This will take effect after the first week, when it is stated by a member of staff.) This will be added to your score in the table.

Failure to follow these rules will result in points not being added.

As for everything else:

Both Forum and in-game Pok�mon awards are up for grabs, see third post for more details.

Any other special prizes will be edited into this thread by a member of staff.

As with any part of the forum, if you are found to be using hacked Pok�mon in battles, you will be added to the forum blacklist and removed from the table.

Anything else we judge to be poor sportsmanship (refusal to report battles after agreeing to do so, lying about results, etc.) will also result in blacklisting and removal from the list. Please report this stuff to one of this forum's moderators. Keep the drama off this thread.

Do not post here that you are looking for a battle, this should be done elsewhere, such as the Quick Battle Request Thread

Now I know I'm not a mod so don't scream at me, I'm not trying to be but here me out

Of late there has been a lot of activity due to the pokemon league and tournaments. This leads to obvious winners and losers in every match. I have noticed that increasingly people are forgetting decent good sportsmanship so I think its worth pointing out what is considered good form.

When Winning:

Unless stated, posting scores isn't needed, posting 'I won 5-0' when the competition doesn't ask you to can seem rude and crass

Similarly 'I decimated/destroyed etc NoJ' isn't needed

So what should I post?

'Beat NoJ in a good/haxy/hax free game, GG NoJ' would be more than sufficient.
If the competition requires scores then simply add the score in as appropriate.

Or NoJ ran/DCd GG NoJ but of course I win

When Losing

This is the thing that has most been annoying lately, if you lose then just suck it up, there is nothing worse than 'I lost because of BS Roost' or 'Hypnosis hit everytime' or 'he was under parafusion and he hit everytime', there is no need to post that information at all because no-one is ever gonna say 'your right Roost is an illegal move so replay that match' or 'you were playing for hax and yet your opponent got all the hax, go ahead and replay'

So what should I post?

I lost to the awesome Mole in a good battle, GG Mole (the awesome part is optional here, but Mole is awesome)

Its also worth keeping in mind that if you DC or run then you are a loser end of story, don't go putting pressure on someone to give you the win, this is not cool particularly in tournaments and especially in the final

Of course these are only a guide but I think its worth bearing in mind, yes I know that a good win can lead to getting a little excited but just think how it feels when you are defeated, do you like having your face rubbed in it? chances are no.

As always its worth remembering that some people very rarely change their team, this probably means they won't appreciate you revealing 4 or 5 members midway through a tournament that they are still in.

This site is getting more and more awesome for battles lately so lets not get to being arrogant and cocky and driving away newer members that probably came here in the first place because they found Smogon intimidating, the unique thing about the pokemon section on this site is that everyone seems to get on well and everyone can help each other too.

Of course there will always be bad losers who run/DC to avoid defeat but just rise above them

Lets keep it that way and make it fun

Well here's your answer:

The Mole and I have decided to come together and play against eachother in a team battle.

The rules are as follows:
- Each team will have 4 members and it's captain (The Mole is the captain of Team Know Your Role, I am captain of Team Epic)
- The team can consist of any members currently registered at NintendoPals.
- Each member in the team will be ranked from 1-5, with each captain handing out the rankings.
- The same ranked player in each team will play each other in a standard 6vs6 battle.
- Point are allocated by the remaining Pokemon in the battle.

Example on how it works:
(Note: These people are not in the actual thing, they are used for example purposes only)

The Moles team:
1. The Mole
2. ShadowBlade
3. DustinR
4. Lucariodile
5. Alsabino

Jima's Team:
1. Jima
2. Shwheelz
3. NoJ
4. LeftiesWillRule
5. Yoblo

In the case of the rankings, it means that the people of the same rank would play eachother.
So after they have battled, these were the results:

The Mole vs Jima - Jima wins 2-0
ShadowBlade vs Shwheelz - Shwheelz wins 1-0
DustinR vs NoJ - DustinR wins 3-0
Lucariodile vs LeftiesWillRule - Lucariodile wins 3-0
Alsabino vs Yoblo - Yoblo wins 4-0

Each Pokemon the winning person has remaining, is the amount of points they get for that match.
Whether it be 1,2,3,4,5 or 6.

So in this case.
Jima's team: 7 points.
The Mole's team: 6 points

Jima's team had the most points, so they won.

Please note that this is just for fun and no prizes will be given to the winning team.

The rules of all the forums apply here, meaning no flaming, spamming and other bad behaviour, this goes without saying, but here are the rules special to this forum:

Everyone has the right to make one thread to request battles and take challenges. Be sure to include all your information and the rules you wish to battle with. (List and explanations of battle clauses can be found HERE.) Think of it as your own personal Pok�mon gym.

If you don’t have your own battle thread, and wish to make a quick battle request (including IV battles and Battle Frontier), then you should post in the Quick Battle Request Thread to find a match quick and keep the forum from being cluttered with “battle me” threads.

Lastly, NO HACKED POK�MON WHATSOEVER. Using hacked Pok�mon in battles is strictly against the rules, and if you are found to be doing so, you will be dealt with harshly and added to the Forum Blacklist (see post below.) As with any part of the forum, if you are found to be using hacked Pok�mon in battles, you will be added to the forum blacklist and removed from the table.

Anything else we judge to be poor sportsmanship (refusal to report battles after agreeing to do so, lying about results, etc.) will also result in blacklisting and removal from the list. Please report this stuff to one of this forum's moderators.

Do not post here that you are looking for a battle, this should be done elsewhere, such as the Quick Battle Request Thread

I made this battle world thread because every weekend at 4pm-6pm we have battles and you are ranked on them. This is like unoffical but your reward would be a avatar or a pokemon sig made by me.

You will be ranked on a win or losses chart today this will start at 11 Am and end at 2 pm.
Also there will be a time for trading aswell.
This is held in the pokelounge
Rules are no Uber pokemon.
You can battle one person only five times.
