Hey, recently my bells have not been payed off. Me and a friend are playing on the same ds, because my wifi does not work. And she accidently shut the game off 2 times and got resetti. And the third time he said that he was going to do something with my money. Now the bank payment for the house stays $ 129, 079. And will not change! I payed my mortgage with 129 bells and it still stayed 129, 079 like I didnt even put the bells in! I have wondered if it was resetti or something wrong with the game. Or is it staying that way because they want me to wait to pay off the loan? Very frustrating. Please help. Thanks. ;)

Sorry guys, I use my cellphone here and when I use search I always get http errors, and I can't read all of the walkthrough because it's too long for my phone to load it all so my phone just cuts it off. Two questions related to night time. A) Do flying gifts appear at night? B) Is it true if you press B when you see a shooting star that your character makes a wish and then you get a letter from the Star the next day? Do you have to press B while the star is still on the screen or can you do it right after? Ok maybe 2 and a half questions. I haven't noticed any bugs at night, is there any night bugs?

Hi everyone I just joined this site and also have just started playing ACWW. Five days only. Anyways, last night I went to see K.K, I entered in a song (K.K Rock) and at the end of the song he kept telling me it wasn't on his set list. I tried some other songs too, same thing. I only got a song when I let him play whatever he wanted to. What is my mistake? Is there 2 spaces between the K.K.'s and the song name with those songs? Well wait though, I also tried My House and he said it wasn't on his set list. I don't know what to do.

So its bright nights in my town now. I really enjoy seeing the lights on the Animals' houses but why cant I get my house decorated? And all the houses look the same so I have no idea why The Mayor asks me whose I like best. Is there a point to Bright Nights other than wishing I had Christmas lights on my house? Last year, I dont recall the animal I chose winning anything for having the best lights.

Ok, I have no problem when it comes to people coming in my town using ds-ds communication. The real problem is that I can not get onto WiFi on my Animal Crossing Wild World game. So is it just me, or does anyone else find great enjoyment in planting pitfall seeds ALL over just to watch the town animals fall in? haha. I absolutely love talking to them when theyre in the hole too. They get so upset.

SLIGHTLY OVERZEALOUS ANIMAL CROSSING PLAYER

This essay shall attempt to explain the complex, complicated and at times asinine economical system of the "Animal Crossing" games produced by Nintendo, consisting of "Animal Crossing" for the Nintendo Gamecube, published in 2002, "Animal Crossing: Wild World" for the Nintendo DS, published in 2005, and the latest "Animal Crossing: City Folk" for the Nintendo Wii, published in 2008. This specific essay is detailed upon the world of the second game, "Wild World."

This piece of writing's purpose is to inform those not familiar with the games about the various complications in its economy, which foremostly gives an improved understanding of the Animal Crossing world to the reader, and secondly compares the games' economy to the failed economies of the modern world. By examining the fallacies of the games' economy, it is hoped that the reader will gain equal insight on why capitalism is the golden standard of economy today.

It is clear that the game was never intended to have a realistic economic structure; nonetheless, one can infer real-life comparisons upon it, and there is a faint chance the creators of said games performed research on the various types of economic structures before deciding on the controlled-market system for the "Animal Crossing" games. Their true intentions shall remain unknown as of the time of writing, however.

Foremostly, a reader unacquainted with the "Animal Crossing" games need introduction to the world which the games inhabit. Little is known of this world outside the "village" in which the game takes place; there are fleeting references to more cosmopolitan areas and organisation which shall be covered later. Your avatar is the sole human that inhabits this village; all other residents are anthropomorphic animals, hereon referred to as "villagers". The villagers are all based on real animals, with several villagers belonging to the same family or genus. There is clear distinction between the sexes (e.g. the dramatic differences in voice), and the personality of the villagers can be split into six archetypes, three for each gender. The villagers speak a primitive dialect referred to the game as "Animalese", a rapid series of shrill to deep grunting (depending on the personality archetype of the villager); it is assumed that your avatar is able to translate Animalese, vocal and written, into English, presumerably adding vocabulary into the translation to transform it into a legible language under English lexicon (the villagers also make reference to items integrated into human culture which only the avatar should have knowledge of). Generally, the villagers can be defined as bipedal evolutions of grassland animals today, with speech comparable to the human protolanguages, at a surprisingly modern level of technology (computers and gadgetry are found in this game, though it is unknown if the villagers comprehend its uses; at the very least, the villagers have mastered technology invented during our roaring twenties).

A few characters in this village are crucial to the understanding of the Animal Crossing economy; in order of importance, they are:

-Tom Nook, a bipedal tanuki(raccoon) who runs the local store of the village. In the most typical of economical trade, he will give you "bells", the currency of the Animal Crossing world, in exchange for the various items and commodities found by your avatar around the village. The majority of speculation surround the Animal Crossing economy revolves around him.

-The Village Administration, consisting of the mayor Tortimer the Turtle, the clerks Pelly and Phyllis, the Pellicans, and the postman, Pete the Pelican. They handle the administrative matters of the village and some economical matters; you must pay off the debt for your new house with your hard-earned "bells", and later you can store the currency at the village Town Hall.

-The Village Museum, administrated by the Museum of Faraway and locally controlled by Blathers and Celeste the Owl. The Museum accepts donations of commodities to be added to its collection, and though it might seem like a charitable organization, the writer presumes it is also tied to the Animal Crossing economical system.

After more than a year of playing this game I have never seen him before. Who is he? As many of you know, CC333 and I are in charge of the ACFE (Animal Crossing Fruit Exchange).
