Naruto Shippuden: Legends: Akatsuki Rising

For those of you who don't know, Akatsuki Rising is a new action based Naruto game heading for the PSP this October. According to IGN, over 15 characters are going to be available and the story is going to revolve around the Gaara Retrieval arc.

Quote: Naruto and his friends are in for the fight of their lives as they search for Gaara, the fifth Kazekage, who has been kidnapped by the dreaded Akatsuki organization. It's a race against time as the Akatsuki attempts to release Shukaku, the demon sealed inside Gaara.

Players will assume control of over 10 of their favorite ninja, including the dreaded Akatsuki The game boasts streamlined controls designed after PSP, ensuring exciting and fast-paced tactical battles making best use of each character's Jutsus. Aim and time the powerful Jutsu attacks with a simple button commands and devastate the enemies by entering Hypermode. From the looks of it, this game is going to play similarly to Uzumaki Chronicles. It's always nice to have a game like that when you're on the go.

I got excited right when I read the title.
Battling as Akatsuki in a story mode has me hyped the most.

Itachi and a 3-D environment? Definitely looking forward to its release. Maybe it'll reveal something about Itachi's plans, the ones that Madara told to Sasuke after he killed Itachi. I dunno, it's interesting and definitely worth looking into.

I don't think the game is that far in the manga at all.
According to the description, this is just when they take the Beast out of Gaara.
