PS3 sells more than Wii and 360

It's cute that Wii and PS3 have been battling for the top since this whole console war, and here everyone thought the 360 would be at the top.

Meh, I'm not surprised. I'm just surprised it took this long. The DS will forever rule the market, and for a long time to come, probably the cheapest thing on the market and has a wide selection of games. But, I'm thinking the only reason they're outselling the 360, is due to the 360's hardware issues, as well as online fee. As PS3 is solidly built and has free online pay. But, the game selection is horrible at the moment, they need to step it up if they want to outsell the lead DS. Maybe M.A.G. will help them out a bit there. but who knows.

Not 2007 anymore. Game selection is great. And as for consoles, not handhelds, PS3 is the best. PS3 is not going against the DS, a handheld, its going against the other consoles. And now the price drop will help sells.

Meh, don't forget the 360 is also getting a price drop and they will both be $299 I believe. The 360 also has a fair lineup so I'm curious to see the outcome of this war

I've never liked the PS3 (Sold it) but I'm considering buying the slim for some of the upcoming games to be released.

And PS3 is not the best, that's a mere opinion. We all know that the fact is 360 is and forever shall be better

360 better at hardware failure. Agree with you on that . But people want more bang for their buck. 104% increase in sales shows that. They get that bang with the PS3. No extra stuff to buy. Maybe any USB or blu tooth headset. But if you have a blu tooth already you can use that. Yeah the PS3 don't come with a headset. Tell you the truth I rather spend $20 on a headset then $100 on a wireless adapter.

And yes the PS3 is the best. Like that Drake song. Its the best I ever had. Opinion or not. I like it and it looks a lot more people do too.

360 price drop won't do nothing. 360 always been cheaper right?

Those sell numbers are not going to last for long... I think that at least in 3-4 weeks ds and wii will be back at the top... Well I would still go for the original PS3 than the slim ver.

if you watch the site, you can notice that it will change as the NPD releases their info.


not saying that the PS3 didn't outsell the wii and 360, but vgchartz is not a reliable source.
