I was thinking about getting it but I'm not interested in the controller or the special character you can play as. I mainly just want the 24 downloaded maps for Halo 3. I'll just wait until the game is available to be bought.

Whoa I did not realize that at all.. I just thought you got the extra character. I may reserve the limited edition version, the controller sounds cool XD, Nice find.

The limited edition is going to cost more, so you will be paying for the controller.

That doesn't even make sense. I was saying you are still paying for the controller theoretically because the game costs more than the normal edition.

i liked the first 3 alot. I neverplayed the others. And I dont really get what odst is about.

It's about the ODST. Orbital Drop Shock Troopers. If you have actually played Halo 2 or 3 you would know what those are.

I think the Collector's Edition is a good idea. You get a free controller, which is great.
