Just to talk about the game itself. So far what I've heard about the game is this

If you reserve the game you get...
A extra character to play on in one of the levels.

If you reserve the limited edition version you get...
You get a Limited Edition Halo 3 ODST controller

If you just buy the game you get...
All 24 Downloded maps for Halo 3

I was thinking about getting it but I'm not interested in the controller or the special character you can play as. I mainly just want the 24 downloaded maps for Halo 3. I'll just wait until the game is available to be bought.

Just wondering if anybody in NP pre-order halo 3 odst yet and which edition. I already pre-ordered mine and I pre order the limited edition. Cost a lot but it's worth it.

I might get the Limited Edition because I need a new controller anyways. I'm really pumped that they are including the new maps along with the old maps in the game. This seems like a steal for anybody who has yet to download any of the maps. Oh plus the game looks awesome, and it comes with a beta to Halo Reach!

There will be 3 new maps for halo 3 when odst comes out. One is Heretic. We already have the achievements for the maps just not the maps yet. So those 3 new maps should be included in with the odst game.

Yeah I posted that too. That is probably the second biggest reason why I am getting this game, first obviously is the game itself.

Yeah I forgot to mention that. I just wonder what Halo reach is about. The Teaser for it seriously didn't say ANYTHING about it at all. Just a quick video of some planet.

I think it could possibly be based around the book The Fall of Reach.

Actually, I think the maps just transfer over. I don't think they just give them to you. But you might be right, but I think I heard they just transfer.

its gonna be like forza 2 it will include a disc that has all the maps on it.
