I created a thread about the easy achievements,So why not make a hardest achievement thread? So what Achivement was really hard to get?Think really specific.

I would say the "Nothing Special" achievement in Left 4 Dead, Survive a campaign with no Survivors taking damage from Special Infected.

Or "Little Rocket Man" in The Orange Box (Half Life 2 : Episode 2), Send the garden gnome into space. Basically you need to carry a gnome from the start to the end of the game.

I can't really think of the hardest achievement I've ever gotten, but I know some of the hardest in general.

On both Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter and Quake 4 there are achievements for being ranked number 1 in the world on certain leaderboards. This is total bs, as getting these are virtually impossible.

Ugh... Little Rocketman... I hate that gnome so much... The worse was trying to drive a car with that stupid thing. And the helicopter at that point like goes out of its way to try and shoot the gnome away from you.

The hardest achievment I have ever gotten was to rescue 50 survivors in Dead Rising.
Allow me to explain, in dead rising, when you tell a survivor to run to a pre-located safe area via marker, they decide to run streight at the nearest group of zombies and try to fist fight them.
More than I few times I actually picked up and threw survivors to get them where I needed them... eeeugh...

Oh wait, I forgot about the Tower of Lost Souls in Soul Calibur 4... Those achievements still hold some records. They were the only acheivements to make me throw a phone at the wall, bite the couch, and actually dance for almost five minutes when I unlocked them...

I'd like to get Nothing Special. Its the only one I'm missing. But my usual group of survivors isn't on much anymore, and one of them already got the achievement through a lucky glitch... He joined a game in the finale and when it was over he unlocked the achievement... D:,

That's what I was thinking of, haha.

The hardest achievement that I've ever gotten would probably be one of the achievements on a CoD game that involves a mission being completed on the hardest difficulty. I haven't really shot for many hard achievements.

Most of Garous are pretty hard. And Armored Core For Answer expects you to win 10,000 online games.

10,000 games! Blasphemy. I couldn't even do that in games like Halo or CoD.
