It is possible, Sony and Nintendo both have very successful handhelds. Microsoft might want to get their hands dirty and splash around in the pool if you get my drift. Theres a lot of money to be made in handhelds and a powerhouse like Microsoft will probably want a share.

Don't think that would bother them one bit they the only out of the big 3 not in the market an they build small handheld computers that is in a market with sony packhard bell Philps an countless others don't think they would worry to much about nintendo and sony not that they would come out on top ( or would they?) they certainly would make money an make an impression on the market as a hole proving the price is right an juding by the things they have put in thoses hand held computers that could easy but used for gaming.

Microsoft will eventually have a handheld. Maybe called the 180. I know this because right now they don't have a slice of the hand held pie and if there is one thing I learned about microsoft, its that they don't like it when they get no pie.
