Today there are those systems that have an extra assist to help people play games or have extra attachments. These are called modified xbox's (notice i didn't use the word "cheat" in the definition, but it is really cheat). Here's a video i pulled from youtube to show how one looks.

yea, do you know some people pay like 2,000 dollars to get their xbox modified like that?

i dont really understand what it does that is different than a regular xbox.

It changes the gameplay of the system. For example, it uses mods which are extensions of the game (Cheat) against the people with regular xbox's.
