I wanted to make a Halo 3 clan since there isn't one yet. But, I don't know if people would join? Do you guys think I should? I'm always on my Xbox so it'd be hard to say no to any matches. I know for a FACT that I'd be active in it so, should I make a clan or not?

Sounds like a good idea, but this sub forum, it's not so active and theres not many clans sooo...I'm not sure. It's possible though

Why don't you try posting this in the clans section? Im sure people woud join. Tell your friends too and those with a 360. I don't have Halo yet, but I'll get it soon
