Well Silent Hill 2, 3, 4 and Homecoming on PC. Any decent comp should handel 2 3 and 4 no problem but youll need a relatively good system to run Homecoming.

Also Resident Evil's 1 2 3 and 4 and 5 soon will be on PC, but depending on who you talk to 4 and 5 aren't horror, but ya still got 1 2 and 3.

4's already on the PC, but there's no official mouse support... Which sucks. Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth is a good FPS horror game. It's more about sneaking around than anything.

Also, the Penumbra games are a first person mystery-esque game, and Condemned is pretty freaky. But other than that, I'm not really sure. There's not too many mainstream games so you'll have to browse around.

You'd just have to look around and see what there is. Comp games aren't as marketed (save for WoW and other MMOS) as console games are.
