anyway.
Ozzy has played in a tournament...
and since I have a spreadsheet (on a computer at work xD)
which has ranked everyone who has played in a tournament, ozzy can be an alternate, if needed..
as I don't suspect everyone who was a finalist will be available..
though, there are others who have made semi-finals, etc
nonetheless, he is put down as a sub.. not necessarily the first sub, but a potential sub =)

Let's leave the question answering to the person who is running the tournament, no?
