Welcome to the 27th Official Pokemon Tournament - or should I say Pokemon Rave.

Rules
6 v 6
Single Battles
No Ubers or Hacks
You need to use a rain dance team. That means two things
that use rain dance are in your team, so it's suggested to use pokemon
that benefit from the rain. You also need to use at least one Ludicolo. 8D
