What's your quickest method you use to level up your Pokemon excluding Rare Candy

well theres that one code for the ar where you hold r at the end of the match and u get 9999 or more exp but thats if u dont care about the evs/ivs

l trade them to another game that l'm playing and if low lv l use exp share and battle elite four til l get to the lv l want,
