I used mine on Mespirit and Cresselia.(Made one of my poke hold Master ball when I migrated it from LeafGreen)

Only time I ever used a Master ball was in Pokemon Blue Version to catch Mewtwo.
No point in really using it unless you aren't capable to weakening the foe good enough.

NEVER USE IT!!!!!!,
keep it until u find a random shiny pokemon so you cant run out of pokeballs so u cant get it, thats wat i did and i got a random shiny skuntank,see it works
