Manaphy and Phinione for me. yeah, his stats are just terrible and he doesnt stand and chance against the non uber or other legends.

All you have to do is breed manaphy six times, and you have a whole army of Phinione. IF it isnt banned obviously thats saying that he sucks.

manaphy and phione are not the same pokemon and do not have the same stats at all.

manaphy is considered more powerful than skymin, garchomp, latias, salamence, scizor and everything else in OU and below......

i would say aceaus(dont know how to spell it) because he is the god of pokemon and he sucks in battle an he is a sheep, ya real creative with the god of pokemon.
