You sure you wouldn't prefer to have actual people instead of those 3 opponent nois, because unlike Brotherbands, opponent noise cannot grant you link power

Not only that. Just find brothers with the same noise who can give you link power. My Noise taurus, is most wanted by lots of people, but still. It'll still be better to get brotherbands than noise cards. Noise cards are like "holding spots" For the actual 'bands with folks.
