I know another first Gen clitch which is odd.
First of all you need to catch a Ditto.
Second would be to use this Ditto in a fight. Transfrom it into a pokémon you know has more that one move.
Once you have done the transformation and survived that turn select 'Attack' and look at the moves availble.
Press 'Select' on the move in slot1 and move the arrow to one of the other slots and press 'Select' once more.
This moves the move in slot1 to the other selected slot.
After the battle Ditto will have lost Transform and will (should) have a move with 13pp and a type of Cool Trainer Female.
Totally useless but quite funny

Another thing for first Gen.
Depending on what letter are in your name different pokémon appear during the missingno. glitch. The 3rd, 5th and 7th slots of you player name change what pokémon appear.
Here is the list of pokémon that will appear. I would like to note that quite a few of these pokémon will be over lv100 but once levelled up will just be Lv100.

Yes have stated the 3rd,5th,7th letter glitch. But it was mainly for the missigno fossil pokemon since you can get the rest of the pokemon via mew glitch. I mean.... you would rather get all the fossil missigno's with your name rather than other pokemon which you can obtain through other ways. As for the ditto glitch, you said it yourself , useless.

with the GTS cloning glitch doesnt Diamond and Pearl have a back up save file so if the save file gets corrupted
the backup save file is used?

Yes. But you still risk losing your pokemon.

Of course it doesn't work on Platinum, I even stated it was a Diamond/Pearl glitch...*sigh*.

In Platinum, Darkrai, Shaymin and Arceus are removed from the game and are only activated once you get the Key Items for their events.

Try the glitch at your own risk, a lot have lost their data. Use it on a save file (or game) you don't care about.

Just wanted to know. I'm doing the Tweaking Glitch for Darkrai and i follow exactly the instruction, but at the first 64 000 step, i just never hit any wall TT.TT

I've done about 70 000 and still nothing, have i done something wrong???

well for one thing, when you head west for the first 64k, does the first area you enter entitled "seabreak path?"

If not, try again. :/

Strange...also you haven't triggered any events whatsoever? Like nurse joy healing your pokemon, etc.
