I do think you give FLUDD too little credit. FLUDD is MUCH better than the cape. I say so because some recovery moves have some good range, and can put you in some bad positions when you try to cape someone.

Oh, and I find videos to not be very helpful...the most misconcepted thing about brawl, is the combo videos. I would advise not to watch them except for entertainment. Sure those are kickass Marios, but don't try to reproduce their combos. 1. They might not work.
2. Its not your own original work. Trust me, once you hit a point where you aren't afraid of anyone like mez, combos just tie together without any second thought.

And Mario is good also if you enjoy to predict peoples moves and play mindgames.

But its an awesome review overall.

alright thank you, true about the cape though, before u said that ive have been using the fludd more than the cape strangely-_O
