Really? I remember when I first joined this site during the site war, I fought Jon, and he kept saying he "wasn't that good" or "not even trying". That's not a positive mindset, but why was he able to Brawl really good if he didn't think he was good...? Same thing happened with Sam007 sorta.

Yeah Jon is so much better now, ManlyGuy is great too from what I hear =)

007's always been one of the best, he's a Top Yoshi still I bet. (only ones I think are better are Bwett, Green Ace, and maybe PriDe and those are the three best Yoshi's <_<)

He was thinking about quitting Brawl waaaay before you joined, lol.

He did get better, though. And he always says that he's not trying. xD

Lol but why do people say those things? It's really annoying and offensive to me cause if they say their not trying, or they sucked, even though they owned me, I feel even MORE of a n00b.

I don't see why people feel like that really, I usually say I suck too when I compare myself to the pros.. Really it's the truth <_<

This is just the help I needed. I used to have the worst mindset and go on huge losing sprees when I get furious. This the perfect example of what happened to me when brawling RTY the other, we normally have good brawls but then he started 2 stocking me with his Link and it was all downhill from there.

BTW since when did everyone start using Link and be so good at it?

Go to real life tournaments as often as you can *twice a month at least but weekly is ideal* and surround yourself with high ranking tournament players in your area. That's really all you need to become pro.

Its all mewtwoking or any pro does really. They go to alot of tournaments and play really good people all the time because of it and in turn become good themselves. It's really that simple.

If thats true then i'll never get better, I always really wanted to go to tournies but my mom would never waste her time to drive me to a tourny... she HATES video games. There other ways to get better though, not only tournies.
