How to get out of the White Line glitch/bug - NintendoPals.net Nintendo Friend Codes Forum

I know probably everyone has gotten the White Line glitch/bug and don't know how to get out of it but HiddenAura figured out a way. Here are 5 easy steps to get out of it:
Before Map Loads!

1. Press every button but power.
2. Before map loads, hold up on the joystick.
3. When the map loads you should be able to see, but cant move.
4. Still holding up on the joystick, jump.
5. Kill.

This has worked for HiddenAura and I everytime we've tried it but if you have a problem PM me and I can most likely help you out.

your screen is black and you cant see anything but a whit line in the middle

Thanks JBate, works great.

@Silent: When you connect to the match, you can't move around or anything, all you see is a small white line. Look in Josh's Blog for a picture.

Btw, JBate, you might want to add that picture in from his Blog.

@Silent: It clearly states in the first post "probably everyone". Obviously you are one of the lucky people who haven't experienced it yet but you probably will.

how do you do step 2 if you dont know you have glitched yet?

No one knows before a match if they're going to get the glitch. I always do it if I'm joining a public game though because that's usually the only time you get it.

I dont know what white line glitch is,i have had the glitch that spawns you outside of the map,idk if that is the same one.But it seems pointless to do all those things.

Ok if you think it's pointless don't post here because this is here to help people out. I have had that glitch too and I don't know if this applies to that but if I do get it again I'll try it.
