True. However, nintendo could go onto wi-fi and try to find out who the seeders are (and I just mean seeders, not people who use action replay to help) and block their game from wi-fi.

I didnt trust him. he came to my town and I couldn't find him. I kept calling him and he would NOT answer me. I hit start then party over.

I only trust the people who dont' try to hide on me. If you do that, you're outta there!

The guy didnt talk at all, and trust me. You dont want to play him. Lets just leave it at that. It wasnt any fun playing him. He would not connect, and would do some pretty rude things. So that is on my shame list.
