Well tbh i dont see gyarados lead doing anything in a metagame with aerodactyl and azelf leads that will just screw you.

Gyarados kinda runs through your team.The bulky variant with speed evsoutspeeds gengar with a dragon dance.Infernape,rhyperior,scizor cant do nothing to gyara.Cress lacks twave or charge beam and gyara can just dd well.

You could probably use specs jolteon > gengar and skarmory> rhyperior.
