In dead space you can't kill enemies unless you cut off at least two of their limbs first, so that one's up there. But ultimatley the goriest game i've played is unreal 3. I can clearly remember killing 4 guys with a rocket and then running a flag through their raining body parts and blood.

im going to say CoD world at war. i cooked a grenade and threw it at a friend and his legs got blown off. the knife on that game is also quite gory.

also Unreal Tournament 2004 is very gory... you can shoot someone with a flak shell and they will pretty much explode. you can also decapitate people with head shots. still very good game! UT 3 is not as gory.

No More Heroes, God Of War, Dead Rising and Resident Evil. Oh, and did you see Close Range?

That game is madly gory.

Fallout 3 with the Bloody Mess perk is kind of gory, too. I can't get enough of watching Mr. Burke's eyeballs shoot out of his eyes.
