Since I couldn't find info ANYWHERE else, even on Gamefaqs, or anywhere on this particular site that would tell me what I want to know, I'm gonna ask here:

In the Dwarven town of Nolz, the blacksmith offers a Reinforcement option for your weapons and armor.
I've tried and tested it over and over, but I haven't discovered what reinforcement DOES!

Can anyone help me figure this one out?

What does Reinforcing armor/weapons do?

do you need a Strategy Guide??

have you checked Cheat CC?

Not a single place or person could answer my question, so if you or someone else can, I'd appreciate it greatly.....
