Well, I think the reason why everyone has a "Spaz attack" is because they have done so much for us. They entertain us, they make our lives a little better, I know, they're only human...and most people treat them otherwise, it must be hard to get through the day with everyone that wants an autograph, I'm sure they just want to be treated like a human, too. I personally think we should respect them, not worship or obsess, just respect...and, I know what you mean as well, everyone should treat people the same, famous or not.
