cursing?

i personally do not curse at all and don't plan on changing that but i just want to point out that it's terrible how their getting younger and younger at my brothers elementary school i walk past kids cursing like crazy as if it was nothing.

I hardly ever do it when I'm talking to someone else -- unless I've been friends with someone for a few years. But if I'm alone, I yell at things all the time.

I curse quite a bit, but i wouldnt say its an addiction.

I curse. I curse a lot. I curse so much that half the time I don't even know I'm doing it. My parents curse a lot, which is probably why I picked up the habit at such a young age and why my brothers all curse too. Most of my friends curse pretty frequently, as well. Oh, and then I joined up and did 4 years in the US Air Force... that definitely did NOT serve to improve my foul vocabulary. Hell, I don't even think I know anyone that doesn't curse on a regular basis and I know a lot of people! Of course, I also realize that there is a certain level of inappropriacy in swearing. Hence, I never curse at work in front of customers, I never curse at family events, and I never curse in front of small children.

I'm perfectly at ease with my cursing and so I have no qualms with others who curse. They're just words after all. Wonderful words that can convey an infinite range of emotions with much more punch. Cursing can even be therapeutic in times of stress. Some people chew their nails to relieve stress, others squeeze a ball. Me? I like to let loose with a big ol' F-Bomb every now and again to discharge some of the tension that builds up throughout my daily life.

I lol'd, I was so close to not putting it in one, then I thought if the site had kids on it. I blame the name change for that, You can swear on "Nintendo worlds" but it seems so wrong to soil a site called "Nintendo pals" PFFT. I still find that funny.

See, This is the point I was getting at, Why ban a couple of words when there is so much other crime going on, I mean, When someone has a knife right to you thought and you say "F***"... What do you ban? The oh-so naughty word or the Knife.

and even if, All you said there was a different word for "Sex" So even then you look stupid. Since its not like you would say "Sex" when someone has a knife to you.

Oh hell yes. Not around my kids or parents, but when I'm out with the guys we let it all out.
