Meh I am kind of concerned about this. I live in Canada where there have been I believe 3 confirmed cases. I lve in a small town though so the possibility of me getting the Swine Flu is like 1/100 000!
What I am scared about is my Dad as he often travels to Calgary. I also was planning to go on a vacation this summer so hopefully this Flu does not make me change my mind. Hopefully this flu will just fade

People are overreacting. If it can be treated like the regular flu and acts like the regular flu, there's really no big deal.
Of course people died in Mexico because it's not exactly a country known for optimal health standards. Or a well-to-do population who can afford treatment. :/

Yeah.. I really hope it doesn't get to me or any of us..
Seems like it's even deadlier in Mexico.. that's where I saw a page of a Toddler being the first to die from that.. I think my Immune System is in pretty good shape.. I haven't smoked or drank or anything..

Yeah I heard that soccer matches in Mexico are basically desolate because they're telling the fans to not come. So it must be highly contagious. Like David gave you the numbers, it seems like it's prevalent in Mexico and might be starting in the southern U.S. I wouldn't be surprised if the disease happened because of sanitary reasons. It looks somewhat deadly, but not incredibly deady compared to other things like the Avian Bird Flu, SARS, and AIDS
