well for Wii users, they need to make sure WHATEVER version they choose to make "standard" is compatible...

You're exactly right dude! If it's not broken, DON'T FIX IT!!! Damn it Google... And did they even think to ASK US if we even WANTED the channels??? I think not! I thought the site was about us, thus the "YOU" in Tube. We should have the right to make our channels the way WE want it to be, not forced into a change that no one even freakin wants!

At least they should let us keep the classic channels.

That's what we all want. But for those that didn't watch the video, the reason they're forcing it upon us is cause it's saving them bandwidth and/or pixels, and it'll be cheaper for them to run. That's why they're forcing us to use them, so they can save money with their new designs.

Actually, if what that guy in the video says is true, I'm not as mad about the change as I used to be, cause at least they have a reason why they're forcing us to use it. I used to think they where forcing us to use the Beta for no apparent reason, just cause they can, and will. That's why it was pissing me off that they wouldn't let us decide what we want. But if it's cause they're having trouble running the site with the old channels being in existence, then ok, I understand.

Still though it'd be nice if we could switch between classic and beta channels. It's just like taking a Wii away from a hardcore Nintendo fanboy, and forcing them to play Xbox from now on.
