moveset-wise though, anyone can be annoying when put in the hands of a spammer. they'll find an abusable move and then keep both thumbs firmly pressed on the buttons needed.

Let me list some of mine

-CG-happy ICs
-CG-happy and B-air spammin Dedede
-Snake and his Tilts, or Snake, period
-Metaknight, by default
-Olimars, grab-spammin ones or just Olimar in general
-U-tilt, Usmash, and D-air spammin Fox
-G&W, period
-Marths and their F-air addiction
-Ikes and their Jab/F-air addiction, I hate Spikes, too!
-Spammy/Camping Zelda
-Camping chars with reflectors, who just hold their reflector in the middle of a stage to nullify my camping game
-TL and his spammy variations from Aerial spammers, Smash spammers, and campers. I dont like him, but he isnt the worst.
-Spamchu
-Jiggs does decently well on Pit with spammy aerials, I dont like her from the beginning.
-Kirby, similar to Jiggs, but some occasional spamming grabs
-Peach and her air game is sometimes hard to overcome
-ROB
-ZSS tossin armor around
-Diddy and his Naners

It really depends on how they're being used. I wont forgive no Top tier (Meta, Snake, Dedede, Falco, G&W, ROB) at all!
BTW, Spamchu is... um you should know who that is by now, right?

I'm sorry but how can you not like Mr.Game and watch?He's a fast moving character and his torch and headbutt attacks are good laughing hits.

I think Pit and Pikachu are the most annoying. Although, I like Pikachu they are both lords of the spamming.

Let me list that

-He's top tier and Im bitter against top tiers very much
-Overpowered smashes, how could that piece of flat paper be stronger than Bowser!?
-Disjointed hitboxes
-That annoying B-air, aka Turtle
-The bucket
-Some long-ranged moves

It's one of the worst of the worst, G&W is truly annoying and the only char I see that really does do some hurting on him is Snake and his explosives, Metaknight and his cheapness, and Marth and his range, all of which I dont use.
