Animal Crossing Simple Question and Answer Thread

Duchess, Thank you so much for answering ALL of my questions. You are very kind to take the time to answer!
Now I wonder if there are there any other hints I should know about visitors or being a visitor? Is there visiting "etiquette"? Should I always bring gifts? Should I empty my pockets of everything so as to not be construed as a moocher or should I take stuff to barter with? Should I water flowers? Just visit folks? I also saw somewhere that I shouldn't travel with a ton of bells? Is that true?

I can hopefully give you some answers:

-Dont take items unless they say its ok(if you have wiispeak) ask them. Most the time people are cool with you shopping/Bug/fishing. Alot of people that are new to the game go to other peoples towns to trade fruit.

-The Bell situation I have never had a problem with Traveling with Bells. Unless I am wrong I have never had a problem with traveling with Bells.

-Dont Run though someones town. Alot of People get pretty irritated if you run though town and wear their grass away or destroy their flowers. So walk when your in other peoples towns.

-When you go to peoples town just have fun and try to be respectful and others should be respectful to your town too. If you find someone being totally obnoxious you can kick them out by Clicking the save button and it should say end party.

How do you catch a Mole Cricket?

qhwn you hear a wierd noise, dig with a shouvle for it. If you dig it out of the ground, you will see a wierd bug apear out of nowhere and the noise is louder, you then catch it with your net.

Do remember that Mole Crickets have a habit of walking over holes so don't worry if you dig a lot of holes. Mole crickets are also known to make a sound like a high pitched buzzer so be sure you hear that before digging.

And your question is??
If it's how to catch one then your not in luck. They're our of season, but there are guides for them.

I reccomend having them chase you and then leading them to the bottom of the cliff. If you lucky you can get ontop of the cliff and then lure the spider towards the edge. Since the edge has higher elevation you can swing your net at it while being safe.

im on the part that you can build snowmen to get furniture, but i dont know what im doing wrong. what do i have to do to get furniture ?

When your seprateing the acres in your town, what do you do about the little lakes, where the river turns, rock walk way in front of the gate, houses, ect. ?

You have to build the snow man JUST right, those snow man are pretty bossy.

By just right, I mean a slightly bigger snow ball on the bottom, and a slightly smaller snowball on the top, neigther both to big or to small.
