Duchess what I meant on that part of the rules is that if any entry that is deemed above novice or beginner level, DNA and/or Staff both have the power to forward or move that particular entry to SOTW.

Newbie is not degrading at all.

Lol Zwei, good set of rules there. I'm think if you win 2 NSoTWs you HAVE to go to SoTW. But if you win one, maybe give them a choice?

anything to have a more even playing field would be great..
as one who enters the SOTW every now and then---and usually gets NO votes--i think having one for Dsigners/Skilled Sig makers and one for those not quite "UP" on the same level, would be great!
