I don't understand, why do I have to wait fifteen seconds between searches? Does it overload the server or something?

I think it is like that because people can create programs to do something constantly. With the purpose of overloading the sever. But if they have to wait it keeps the problem out. At least thats what my dad always told me, and he's a computer programer.
