I'm not sure if the staff is looking for something such as smilie add requests... but here's my question...

Should there be a process or something or a way to request adding a smilie? I know we have a lot already *looks at popup smilie select window while posting* but smilies as epic as this should have a way to be looked at by the staff yes?
