Laptop problem, need help

When i touch the mouse pad it clicks, i want to get rid of this

it just recently started because i used to have it disabled but the program i had is just gone from my computer and its really annoying because i cant move my mouse with any force because it clicks so can anyone help

If you go into your mouse settings on the control panel, you should be able to disable it from there.

i been looking around in the control panel mouse settings but nothing that can disable it

you need to decrease the sensitivity of your touch pad, or change to double click.
