How do u put music in the background of a new thread for like a brawl clan?

Use the Imeem tags. Imeem tag is the ocarina icon in the post interface. Now, find a song you want on imeem.com and copy the embed code.
Paste the code between the two imeem tags, and then shorten it to just the 10-digit code.
