Vista is supported.

The drivers that come with the adapter aren't compatible with Vista but you can download version 1.6 (which is compatible) from here

I thought that I mentioned this on the first few paragraphs on my post... Anyway, the firewall part of the USB setup is necessary, or else the USB will not work.

This guide is for the Nintendo WiFi USB connector not memory sticks... so no.

New information to add onto my first post:

You can make your Wifi USB be compatible with other devices by making it a SoftAP!

Make your Wifi work with a PSP and other things!

More great information! There is now a way to fix Internet Connection Sharing Error(6)!

However this may only work for XP, it may work for Vista as well (not confirmed).
