I have a problem where whenever i go to a page i have to refresh just to see the new page...

if its your wii browser then its a bad connection, it happend to me when i had a bad connection.

I use Internet Explorer...I never use wii....

(Cause my wii is bricked)

Try clearing your browser's cache, cookies, history, etc.

You can also download a different browser like Firefox if you haven't already, and see if it has the same result. If it does, then it's likely your Internet connection.

if it's your Wii Browser--just delete cookies. or wait till a window pops up saying you're OUT OF FLASH MEMORY--and just click the CHECKMARK to reset it.
