Have you followed Wafflenator's guide?

@gunthor16. THIS is the technical support section, replying with a link to Nintendo's support site is the least helpful response you could possibly give.

So you're suggesting we delete this section and have a link to their site instead?

It makes a big difference because there are plenty of very helpful people here who can fix problems that you can't get instant support for on Nintendo's page. But I can put your suggestion to remove our tech section forward if you like...

Im saying that the section that is stickied by that w-person... that has online wii trouble directs you straight to the nintendo support page.... it did for me atleast....& you cant post on that thread with you problems. But Im not worried about it. Im sure he got what he needed & thats all that mattered.

Does your Connector have a Password? If not, that's the reason your DS won't connect. I don't know about the Wii though.

The Connector does not deem any passwords. It is a simple program that only finds Wii/Ds (and PSP, if you know what I mean ._.). Like hill mentioned, check out my guide in my siggy.

EDIT: Error Code 52140 means that the Wii/DS cannot find the Wi-fi USB Connector. Just try unplugging it and plugging it back in. This usually works.
