No to Fred, due to skill. Work on appeal, color, and effects. Your latest in your showcase show that you have been improving well, be sure to keep it up. You have major potential, so apply again soon.
Remember, don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. Just learn a bit more and re-apply when you feel you've improved enough.

Ruben: Please fill out a new application with new pieces, we're interested in seeing more work. You're on trial, so take your time and do your best.
No to the rest, due to skill. Read up on some tutorials from here or here. If you have any questions about graphics, ask any DNA member, we're here to help you out.
