how do i move brushes to gimp

just open file location when u click on gimp then look for brushes then copy and past brushes it worked for me

That was kinda complicated.
I've found the file for the brushes, I think, and I donwloaded the brushes onto my desktop. They seem to be a different file type to te ones in the brush folder though. I copy them in, and nothing shows up when I try to use gimp. A little guide in mickey mouse steps would be appreciated.

just download your brushes from a website, open the folder first, copy, go to brushes folder in your gimp files, paste. If you have gimp open close and reopen it, double click the brush, then pick your set.

click on Start > computer >Local disk > Programs files > Gimp > Share > Gimp > brushes. then copy and paste the brushes or just move it to the brushes folder
