We as DNA, and those on staff would like to see more activity in Mario Paint. We think that you, as members, have some say in what Mario Paint offers to the NP memberbase.

If you have any suggestions/ideas/things that you would like to see Mario Paint have, dont hesitate to post in here plz. This is the thread for you all to make a shoutout, to us DNA and those on staff, telling us about your ideas.

This thread is open for all kinds of discussion as long as it is ON TOPIC. Ill leave the actual individual discussion on whether or not the forum needs such things between the heads of DNA and Staff.


Again, this a thread for the members. Dont hesitate to suggest anything no matter how stupid or unnecessary it might seem to someone.

This section should be cleaned up and revived.
There are two dead groups there, thread that imho should be locked because of inactivity.

Angel's group brought some life back, but we need more groups to join.
Maybe have some prizes for a group that has won a tourny? (which could be made).
Or just something as simple as coins.

I say we either need to drastically get the section up and running, or just remove it completely.

I also thought we just have a few people who use gimp and photoshop make groups in there too. And like we have a group sig of the week or month thing

Maybe a new competition.......CSS of the Week? Lots of people are getting into CSS making =P

And for voting, we could like have snapshots of the CSS on someone's profile, so that non-VIPs can also vote (since they couldn't just copypaste the code into their profile to check...obviously)

Very Interesting. I kinda like this idea. Ppl could make some tuts on how to make CSS's. You can either screenshot the CSS on your profile or provide the CSS code to enter.

But if you did a CSS of the Week, that would only be for VIP members, am I right? I like the idea though, even though I wouldn't be able to enter it.

Not necessarily. Non-VIPs could enter too, if they knew how to make 'em. It'd be a tedious process, but it is possible :P

I suppose, but I doubt many non-VIPs would know how to make them. I sure don't.

I think we should try for CSS and Photography Competitions.

I'm just saying that it's unfair for the ones who can't. Like me and probably a lot of others.

70% of the site is VIP so have CSS of the week will be successfull if ppl are willing to learn how to make(if they know how to that is, if they dont. View a tut that we might create). I agree that it maybe unfair to some that arent VIP but it would bring more activity to Mario Paint and bring in a competition that pretty much anyone could win; a competition that could be won with little to no skill at all.
