Juggernaut, I don't think the amount of time makes a difference. Most people that make an account soon after being banned are caught.
We've had situations before in which a banned member made an account with a different IP address.

The thing that I think is most contradictory with them being the same person is that that person already had multiple accounts, two of them, on the same IP. One was left unbanned (until I banned him as reading through), and it would make no sense to keep siggmaker around.

Where is siggmaker to reply?

I remember once he told me to join an other site plus thinK bout it 2 yes appart?? On the 8th I mean it is Aidan cuz he is not a top poster and only things he does is make sigg and if wiimatt is on his friends list then it is him trust me I know if it is Aidan or not by his post count and friends

^ That's how I read it. Wiimatt is on Sigg Maker's friend list, and he was the last person to comment on Sigg Maker's profile. "Hmmm..." That was the comment. It was sent on the 19th of June, and Sigg Maker was last active today at 3:29 AM Eastern Time. Which would be 12:29 AM for him. Notice how there was no response to the comment.
I've seen another person with multiple accounts, but that person uses each profile to portray a different personality. To make himself feel at ease.
I'm not saying that justifies it, I'm just saying that he had a reason for making those accounts.
What I'm wondering is why Aidan would want to make these accounts.
I doubt that it's the same situation as my example.

you know what i am aidanbaez, the reason i made this account is so i can learn graphics better. thats the whole reason...... also i have done nothing wrong when i made that first account it's so i can talk to my friends , i didn't know i cant advertise.. but what ever ...... you guys can just ban me now
