Rip Cases

I have decided to make this thread so you can post evidence if you ever see somebody ripping or stealing work(plagiarism) and saying they made it which is plagiarism.

Ok when posting a case you need to make sure you have proof:

This is a procedure to follow:
1) Upload both the ripped image and the original to a place where the ripper cannot delete it.
2) Post both these images and a link of the images
3) in ur post have the name of the ripper as the title and mention his name
4)post screenshots of the thread where it was posted and of the oringal if possible.
5) post any information which is useful to the case
6) do not say things such as "of course he is ripping this" and etc. this can lead to things, the ripper may be innocent so dont go posting stuff like that.
7) a forum mod will contact the ripper. and if he does answer the case will be taken further into examination. such as reviewing photoshop documents and checking other information.
8) do not post joke posts this is a serious thread which can lead to possible bannings if persisted.

IM not targeting Xylez hes a good dsigner but it needs to be resolved thats all im saying.

Not very likely. It's a really big site, and they have some really good artists there. Plus that banner's been up for forever, probably before he joined our site.

Wobby Blocked me on msn for some reason.

I Believe it was from a stock(s) but i can't find it on my laptop and my old PC where I made it on doesn't work anymore but i'll post the stock if i'll (ever) find it

I find that i was accused for something with no evidence, and it's not even Animerenders's since the render they used would also be ripped then from the original anime if they claimed it theirs

well, I'll just contribute some stuff i found.

I don't believe AR's banner was just a stock. it was a combination of a render on another stock with extra work done on it. here's the original render.

render removed due to rules of posting rights, only used as evidence.

this render was cut from this stock (which is a CG from Magus Tale) sorry for the reduced stock size, I couldn't find a bigger one on short notice.

So... unless there's another actual stock, that wasn't user made, that has the exact same character, with the exact same pose, and the exact same effects on the render, I'd say this might have been ripped.

Just my outlook on it, I suppose I could be wrong too.
