Most Guides will say that something is 2x the head size.
So really, it depends on the size of the head you have drafted.

i picked sometimes, because you have a lot of different ways of drawing it. something like chibi is of course gonna be out of proportions, but i also like there to be some anatomical correctness. oversized heads aren't always bad

It doesn't matter as long as it's appealing and not too out of proportion to the point you can't tell that their human.

i draw anime ok but its the body that makes me mad cuz i get it bad :P but its no biggie thats wat erasers r for

( except if it is inked )

Yes I care alot about proportions, cause Im in AP art and my teacher would make us redraw the picture till we get it right.

As long as it looks good or stylish, i couldn't give a damn.
I mean, i <3 chibis, and furrys, so i guess it doesn't matter for ne, lol.
